Autumn Harvest

November is almost over and throughout the world people are celebrating autumn and the fall harvest. Holidays like Thanksgiving in the U.S. and olive festivals around Italy inspire us with warm colors, fruits and leaves, as well as feelings of togetherness and gratitude. What a perfect way to start the winter and the hectic holiday season. Happy harvest to you all.

Fifty Shades of Grey.....in Tuscany

Borgo Santo Pietro was the location for this three-day birthday extravaganza, including a lemon and herb BBQ, a vibrant red and orange dinner party and the main event - a Fifty Shades of Grey birthday gala. Quite a scandalous scene if you ask us, but super-chic nonetheless!

A Study in Detail near Siena

So, let's get down to business here! This summer we created the floral decor for three stunning days of events organized for an intimate group of friends and family to celebrate an important birthday of a certain (very much) loved one.

The events took place at Borgo San Felice near Siena, and each day was a fabulous study in detail.

From an elegant, yet rustic dinner in tones of purples, with bunches of grapes heaving lusciously from rusted bowls, to country-style breakfasts and lunches, with stone pots and terra-cotta details. There was even a theatrical flower market, including actors in period costume casually strolling around the square as guests watched. It was a perfect example of how the smallest of details can create something truly special.

Enjoy! And remember to click on the photos for a larger view!

Beautiful Tuscan Style Wedding

Hello, ciao, buongiorno!

Today we have a fall wedding filled with beautiful details and natural Tuscan charm.

The wedding took place at Villa Mangiacane.

The main theme was pomegranates, and this motif was used throughout the decor. Each of the tables were named after a type of fall fruit and as you can see, the same fruit was used within the centerpiece.

And let's not forget the ceremony decor that seems to blend in seamlessly with the surroundings - we just love all the little details that make this wedding personal and chic.
